Add a seasonal twist to your Year 6 maths lessons with these engaging Easter Puzzle Strips , designed to reinforce key number and calculation skills from the Year 6 curriculum. This resource supports pupils in reading, writing, ordering, and comparing numbers up to 10,000,000, including understanding the value of each digit. It also develops confidence with decimals to three decimal places in context, addition and subtraction with 6-digit numbers, and comparing and ordering fractions. The puzzles are presented as strips that can be laminated and cut for repeated use. Pupils complete the puzzles by applying their mathematical knowledge, encouraging careful thinking, accuracy, and reasoning. Once completed, the puzzles can be stuck into pupils’ books to provide evidence of learning or used as a practical, hands-on activity during lessons. This ready-to-use resource is ideal for Easter-themed maths lessons, revision sessions or early finishers . With minimal preparation required, these puzzle strips provide a fun and effective way to consolidate essential Year 6 maths skills while keeping pupils motivated and engaged.
Show lessThe standard small step pack, as her own modules ship it. We do not print page counts here, because her catalogue does not publish them and a guessed number is worse than none.
Her own system, with the star count repeated in every worksheet header so a child can be handed the right sheet without a word.

“Good value, and the answers are actually on it.”
Small thing, but half the free sheets online expect you to work the answers out yourself. My TA can run a group on this without a briefing first.

“Fine, though the font is small for my class.”
The maths is right and the sequence is sensible. Several of my children needed it enlarged to A3, which is easy enough but worth knowing before you print thirty.
