How the twenty minutes runs

The pack is written to be run by someone who has not read it before, which matters, because the maths lead is often the person covering the meeting at short notice.

  1. 10 to 3 minHand out the one-pager. Everyone reads it while you set up.
  2. 23 to 13 minRun the deck. The speaker notes are written to be read aloud.
  3. 313 to 18 minPaired task: pick next week’s small step and find the bar model in it.
  4. 418 to 20 minAgree the one thing everyone tries, and sign the coverage sheet.

The spine, the strand counts and the sample resources are live catalogue data, counted from the 384 resources already filed under her NCETM Resources categories. The four decks and the staff meeting pack are the proposed CPD strand: the content for them exists, it has never been packaged this way.
