This SATs Practice: Long Multiplication (Three-Digit × Two-Digit) resource is designed to support Year 6 pupils in developing fluency, accuracy and confidence with formal written multiplication methods. Pupils practise multiplying three-digit numbers by two-digit numbers using the standard long multiplication layout required for KS2 SATs . The resource includes progressive practice sheets , allowing pupils to consolidate their method before tackling increasingly complex calculations. This resource supports pupils to: Set out long multiplication calculations correctly Multiply using place value understanding Add partial products accurately Work efficiently with larger numbers The resource is ideal for: SATs revision and preparation Whole-class fluency practice Targeted interventions and catch-up Homework or independent consolidation Fully worked answer pages are included , showing each step of the long multiplication process. This makes the resource particularly useful for modelling strategies, supporting self-marking and reinforcing correct methods.
Show lessThe standard small step pack, as her own modules ship it. We do not print page counts here, because her catalogue does not publish them and a guessed number is worse than none.
Her own system, with the star count repeated in every worksheet header so a child can be handed the right sheet without a word.
