Year 2 Maths Quest

The ‘Maths Quest’ challenge is designed to take Year 2 on a journey through their entire maths curriculum! The levels gradually increase in complexity and depth and each stage of the challenge builds on the previous one, ensuring a solid understanding of fundamental concepts while introducing new topics along the way. Each level begins with a revision of Year 1 learning, before moving on, ensuring that children are not expected to complete questions before they have been taught the objective. There are 30 levels in total and the expectation is for children to complete around one per week (10 per term). You can organise this differently if you wish. To ensure secure understanding, children should achieve 100% on each level before moving on to the next. Answer sheets are included. We hope you enjoy this progressive maths challenge!
