This is a proposal for how the back office could work. It is not connected to live data.
Catalogue figures are measured from a harvest of the live site. People, orders and campaigns are invented.
You are browsing as a signed-out visitor, so nothing on these screens will save. Publishing, generating and importing are all refused.

Build a module
Say where it sits, type the questions, and the site makes the module: the plan, the slides, three differentiated worksheets, the answers and the cover. You see every page of it before anything is published.
How this differs from what you do today
At the moment a small step is entered as a shop product: six separate uploads, a price you never charge, several categories, a membership rule, and a cover made by hand. Five screens, and nothing that knows the six files are one module. That is how the catalogue reached 6,558 items with 1,102 of them undescribed. Here it is one form, once.
